2. Our Service & Our Quotation Service

2.1 We provide an independent online service enabling you to research and compare conveyancing quotes, residential survey quotes and other products/services from third parties. Our comparison service is free to use. We receive fee and/or commission from third-party providers when our service is used.

2.2 By submitting your details, you may receive quotations from solicitors, conveyancers, surveyors, mortgage advisers, or other third-party providers. These firms are independent and solely responsible for advice and services they provide.

By submitting details to obtain quotation, you agree we may share personal and property transaction data with up to five third-party conveyancers/solicitors and/or surveyors. We will not share personal data with other third-party providers, such as mortgage advisers, unless explicit consent is given.

2.3 All conveyancing quotes are provided by solicitors regulated by SRA or licensed conveyancers regulated by CLC.

2.4 We comply with Chapter 9 of SRA Handbook, Fee Sharing and Referrals.

2.5 Any solicitor or registered European lawyer to whom we refer you is an independent professional.

2.6 The SRA permits solicitors to make agreements with introducing sources for referral work.

2.7 TCN Online Limited and all solicitors who quote through our service have formal referral agreements under Chapter 9.

2.8 Conveyancing fees quoted are fully itemised and detailed. They include legal fees, disbursements, conveyancing searches, Land Registry fees and VAT at current rate. Purchase quotes subject to Stamp Duty (SDLT) include this where applicable.

2.9 Nothing on this website is legal, financial, investment or other advice. Information is general in nature. You remain responsible for choosing suitable product/service and should seek independent professional advice where needed.

3. Permitted Use
