Data retention: Your personal data and property transaction data will be retained in our database for up to 5 years.

Mortgage Advice / Review Service

Lawful basis: Consent

The reason we use this basis: To ensure that we can provide correct information to a third party supplier to provide mortgage advice/review services for your circumstances.

How we process your information: Your personal data and property transaction data may be provided to our chosen Mortgage Advice / Review supplier using an email API service so they can contact you to discuss available mortgage products.
